BlueStreakDesigns.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products for any reason. We offer thousands of products, all of which can be returned within 30 days from your order date for replacement, refund, or exchange of color or size. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and DO NOT include shipping and handling charges.
If There Was A Quality Problem With Your Order
If your order was received damaged or has a quality defect in the material or printing, please contact us immediately by email at Customer.Service@BlueStreakDesigns.com. If possible include pictures of the damage or quality problem. Pictures from a smart phone or digital camera will speed the replacement process. We will immediately initiate a refund or a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as it can be re-printed.
How Do I Return or Exchange My Order?
To return an item in your order for a refund, replacement, or exchange, contact us within 30 days from your order date using our contact page, or by sending an email to Customer.Service@BlueStreakDesigns.com . Describe the nature of your concern, your order number, and the item in question. We will respond within 24 hours with a return confirmation email containing your return authorization.
To Return Your Product For Refund, Replacement, or Exchange
Provide a note explaining why you are returning your product, and whether you want a replacement, a refund, or an exchange for different color or size. Include your original order number in the note for tracking. Include the note in the package with your items and mail it to:
